Many neurodivergent people live with a deep sense of isolation, even when surrounded by others. Differences in communication, sensory processing, and social rhythms can make genuine connection harder to find—and loneliness can take a toll on mental health. This course explores the unique relationship between neurodivergence and loneliness, offering both understanding and strategies for cultivating meaningful relationships. Participants will learn about the barriers that sustain isolation, the role of masking and burnout, and practical ways to foster connection in neuro-affirming ways.
